A full website rebuild for one of Nottingham's longest-established recruitment agencies, which nearly doubled its traffic after the relaunch.
The challenge
Express Recruitment's website was getting too few visitors, and its dated design wasn't doing the brand any favours. For one of Nottingham's most established recruitment agencies, the site was giving candidates and employers the wrong first impression.
What we did
I started with research rather than design: how candidates and employers search, what competitors were ranking for and what the business needed the site to do. We then rebuilt the site from the ground up with a modern design, a clear structure for both audiences and careful on-page SEO throughout. Since launch, we've provided ongoing technical support and added new features as the business has needed them.
